History and diet

A year ago I met Philip, an ex-Wall Street journalist, who changed my writing style forever. Philip showed me how journalist's writing techniques transcend all types of writing - business writing, technical writing, even narrative and fiction writing. Now I am sharing these fundamental writing techniques because I believe everyone around the world should have free access to the knowledge about how to write. Whether you are a business person in the US or Europe, an aspiring technical writer in India, a student writing an essay, a manager who needs an effective executive summary, or a sales person who must sell more, this site is dedicated to you.

++Latest DIET news++
On 19 August 2009, I weighed 158 kgs (348 pounds), so I started a diet. A nutritionist set dietary plans (guidelines) of nutritionally balanced meals and limited intake to 1500 calories per day. No exercise was required. Now on 3 October 2009, I weigh 145 kgs (319 pounds), a loss of 30 pounds in 6 weeks, just through sensible eating!
